Connect Your Etsy Shop to Lenful

Lenful lets you connect your Etsy shop so your orders are automatically synchronized into your Lenful account. Once connected, you can view, manage, and fulfill your Etsy orders directly from Lenful without copying order details by hand. Connecting your shop is optional, secure, and can be disconnected at any time.

How to connect your Etsy shop

Step 1: Sign in to your Lenful account and go to the Connect Store section in your dashboard.

Step 2: Select Etsy from the list of available sales channels and click Connect.

Step 3: You will be redirected to Etsy's official authorization page. Sign in to your Etsy account and review the permissions Lenful is requesting.

Step 4: Click Allow Access to authorize the connection. You will be redirected back to Lenful, and your Etsy shop will now be linked.

Step 5: Lenful will begin synchronizing your Etsy orders automatically. New orders will continue to sync so you can manage and fulfill them from one place.

What data Lenful reads from Etsy

Lenful only reads the order and shop information needed to fulfill your orders. This includes your shop details and order information such as order numbers, buyer shipping addresses, purchased items, quantities, and order status. Lenful does not create, edit, or delete your Etsy listings, and it does not send emails on your behalf.

How to disconnect

You can disconnect your Etsy shop at any time from the Connect Store section in Lenful, or by revoking access from your Etsy account settings. You may also contact us at [email protected] to disconnect your shop and request deletion of the associated data.
