Etsy Integration

Connect your Etsy shop to Lenful so that your orders flow straight into production. Once connected, you can view and fulfil your Etsy orders from your Lenful dashboard without copying order details by hand. Connecting is optional, authorised by you, and can be undone at any time.

Before you start

You need an active Etsy shop and a Lenful account. If you do not have a Lenful account yet, you can create one free of charge — there is no subscription and nothing to pay until an order is produced.

How to connect your Etsy shop

Step 1. Sign in to your Lenful account and open the Connect Store section of your dashboard.

Step 2. Select Etsy from the list of available sales channels and click Connect.

Step 3. You are redirected to Etsy's official authorisation page. Sign in to Etsy and review the permissions Lenful is requesting.

Step 4. Click Allow Access. You are returned to Lenful and your shop is now linked.

Step 5. Lenful begins importing your confirmed Etsy orders. New orders continue to sync automatically, so you can manage and fulfil everything from one place.

What permissions Lenful requests

Lenful requests two read-only permissions and no write permissions:

Read your sales and order data — so we can see the items, variations, quantities and delivery address of each confirmed order and put it into production.

Read your shop information — so incoming orders are attributed to the correct shop in your Lenful account.

We do not request permission to read your buyers' email addresses.

What data Lenful reads

Your shop identifier and shop name. For each confirmed order: the order identifier, date and status, the purchased items and variations, quantities, and the buyer's shipping name, address and phone number where a carrier requires it for customs clearance.

That is all we read. We take nothing beyond what is needed to make and ship your order.

What Lenful does not do

We do not create, edit, publish or delete your Etsy listings. We do not change your prices, inventory, shipping profiles or shop settings. We do not contact your buyers, and we never send order or tracking notifications on your behalf. We do not use your Etsy data for marketing, advertising, analytics or AI training, and we do not sell or share it.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted. Your authorisation tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared with anyone. Access within Lenful is limited to the operations and engineering staff who need it, and is logged.

Listing Lenful as your production partner

Etsy asks sellers to be open with buyers about who manufactures their products. If you use Lenful, you are welcome to add us as a production partner in your Etsy shop settings, and we encourage it.

How to disconnect

You can disconnect at any time from the Connect Store section of your Lenful account, or by revoking access from your Etsy account settings. Once disconnected we stop all API calls and delete your stored authorisation tokens.

To have your stored order data deleted as well, email [email protected] and we will confirm once it is done.
